A very windy morning for many western northern areas of the country. A slow moving front will move east from the west, weakening as it does so, but bringing rain into Scotland, northwest England, Wales and southwest England. The rain turning increasingly showery as it passes east and probably into the Midlands, Wales and southwest England by evening. Drier weather follows to the north and west although showers affecting western Scotland and Ireland. Mostly dry in central and eastern areas of England with good spells of sunshine in East Anglia and southeast England. High 18C/64F cooler in the west.

Hope the sun shines for you but….
Whatever the weather enjoy it!
