TURKEY PRODUCTION QUESTIONNAIRE

Hello, my name is Amy Funnell from Harper Adams University and I'm researching biosecurity perception and management in turkey production workers. I'm hoping to find some help.

I have sent out a questionnaire to turkey farms in the UK, but many have moved on from turkey production in the past couple of years, due to the bird flu and other reasons.
I have only managed to get 4 responses so far and my target was around 60 responses, in the hope of getting decent data analysis. The questionnaire will close on the 12th March 2024.

I would really appreciate if anyone with any level of experience with turkeys, could fill in the questionnaire, no matter what position or background. It is anonymous and will take 5-10 minutes, when you have a spare moment.
I will be very grateful for anyone who can help!

Everyone will remain anonymous to keep the answers as unbiased as possible for more accurate results. If you have any further questions or queries, please don't hesitate to contact me. Once again I'm thankful for anyone who is willing to help.

Best Wishes,
Amy Funnell
