Tv in the tea room question

Hi, I’m not technophobe so be gentle. I’ve got an old (got to be 12yrs) panasonic 50 inch plasma tv sat in my loft at home. I’d like to put it in the tea room at work but there’s no tv aerial anywhere near. We do have Wi-fi though. What’s the cheapest and simplest way of getting some channels on that tv? I haven’t tried it with this tv but my experience of mobile tv aerials is that they are all poor so I’d want to do this via Wi-fi.

Second hand freesat box off eBay (buy a Humax) and a dish out of a skip would be best and cheapest.
Strictly speaking it probably means you should have a business tv license if you have staff watching it.

We stopped paying tv licenses a while ago as we never watch live tv anyway.

As above - I know nowt about aPple, but Now TV box would do the trick via wifi

Apple TV does a very similar thing but is more tied down to american things unless you buy the 5th gen where you have complete choice over the apps you load on (we have 6 of them in our house). Loads of choice on ebay.

Don't think anyone would go back to work after breaks if we'd a tv in breakroom!

Did plan to put one in and a sofa, but best not to make it too comfortable!
