Anyone know if a 540/65-28 will fit on a 28x15 rim ? Tia

15” rim is for 420 to 480.

540 should be on a 16” rim

540 should be on a 16 or 18

480/70R28 would be perfect for your 15x28 rim and Michelin Omnibibs can be run as low as 6 psi

Just but there’ll be a big bulge either side. Won’t get best out of tyre but will fit and not damage tyre but not recommended.

It’s just for rolling if it ever drys up,so nothing real heavy on the front
