I can never by mince off the shelf, always get to a butcher and have them mince up some steak, combination of flank and rump..Anything that increases the price of my whatchamacarcass lasagne better look out. What else can you do with 10 tonne blocks of mystery mince, ballast for ships perhaps?
People buying this highly processed fast food stuff probably aren't looking to hard at the label in all honesty.
