I tried Owen, but couldn't escape first page for love or money.
Also found questions odd and wooden.
You don't say in your post that it's seemingly directed at landowners - if you realise the difference.

I own 150 acres,
rent in short term another 100,
rent in long term another 1500
graze common....a mere 26000
yet your survey would only put me down for the 150

I understand the confusion with landowners vs renting, trying to understand both types without the overlap in the survey. Please answer for the acres you own.
