Hello,
I'm a amongst other crops a potato grower in Australia. Looking at some new what you would call multipurpose/frying varieties, that are being released here locally.
Two that look to have potential are Amany bred by Germicopa and Edison bred by Solana. Have any growers tried these varieties and how have they gone?
I notice two varieties that are regularly discussed on this site are Agria and Sagitta. Are they considered mutlipurpose/frying varieties, and how do they perform?
