First load muck spreading for a neighbour, got 5 yards and a split speedo cable burst the clutch hose, home in first with no clutch then.

Its hanging on the back, the bucket is wider than the drum!
The idea was to load on his yard and road it to the field, dump a load, spread a load then come back for more.
Its now parked under my next doors kitchen window in a pool of brake fluid with the muck still in it.

Only my views on what I have found.

Good bits:
Maneuverability.
Air brakes.
Can carry 2 passengers.
Can carry and tip a 2 ton load.
Road speed.

Bad bits:
Parts very expensive.
No hydraulic trailer brake.
You can't actually see the end of the rear arms.
You don't have massive rear wheels.

We got it as a bit of a wreck and spent a lot of time and money on it but love it now.
A steep learning curve directly apposing my bank balance curve.

I would think it probably was lucky you did not get a chance to turn the pto on. That toy will fly to bits if it has anything more than 10hp on the front

i think a stock U1200 is 130hp, but its a common engine, U1000 will be a down rated engine could be tweaked up to 180hp if needed i think but would need to bolt an intercooler on it.

She looks nice anyway,
