Upgrade electric transformer

If you are talked out I have a question
The cable to my house about 100 m goes though 5 big trees touching the branches of most of them , when it's windy they clearly rub on the branches , they are old trees but healthy , but if one should come down.
I have no intention of removing the trees , the cable for safety need to go underground, as its in a National Park ,is there anyway they will contribute to the cost?
The cable has gone through the transformer further back
I did get a transformer and post moved at another property free of charge but used anthor reason for that
I would have thought if you speak to the DNO pointing out the risks etc they would at least consider moving them. It will help if you offer to do the trenching.
on the other hand they may just get a tree surgeon in to lop them

Early 90s they moved our 3phase from above ground and buried it,we dug the trench and they supplied the ducting,100m in total, just cost us a bit of digging.

I think that if they come to trim them, they have to leave 2m clearance from the wires. Very often though, to save having to come again too soon, they'll take off more.
They cut a square in one of our fir trees rather than cutting it down which I told them to do. As it’s all subcontracted the more crap the job they do the more times they get to come back and spaff a bit more on everyone’s electricity bill.

they used to be really good now they are about a useless as all the subcontractors for the public utilities that became private
