what a plonker.....
Mistakes will happen. A busy time of the year possibly complicated with the weather. Plenty would not even admit what happened (perhaps I wouldn't have either).

Get it mowed, baled and dd with grass again. Soil test first and fix indices /lime as appropriate. Then chalk it down to experience.
You can be sure it's one mistake won't happen again!

one of my 'classics' ..[when younger and less 'thorough'] was not flushing spray lines properly, dead ends etc

In theory could have been saved or minimised by topping before it had time to translocate. But it was probably dead within hours

*Edit - @hally, Didn't know you sold seed, but will try and tag you next time (y)
Cheers, I just realised who you are as somebody pointed you out at H and H one day. Small world ( but I wouldn't want to paint it )

To be honest I did this years ago spraying rushes on some land we had bought thought it was MCPA not glyphosate. Just told everybody I was reseeding it ( 10 acres ) but to be honest a couple of passes with the Moore and it was such an improvement we did another 50 acres in the end.
I have never told anybody the mistake.................until now:banghead:
