ive got about 17kg of incentive osr from last year.been sealed up in lidded buckets since finished drilling last year.currently got a plate full soaking to do germination test.had one seed that had shot in hour and half with a 1mm shoot on it.would you boys drill it or buy in all new seed that may be over yeared anyway

Beware. The germination may well be fine, but the vigour might be shot.
9 years ago I used some over yeared Royale with chinook dressing (IIRC) to finish a field. It germinated fine, but didn't develop past the 2 true leaf stage. It was replanted on the 23rd Sept.
The Chinook dressing was probably the cause and obviously it's not a current product.
As said, if you must, then mix it with new seed, and at least you will have a crop.

Edit: buy a new bag now and try them side by side in your veg patch, you've got a month to spot any vigour problems...
