Vaderstad rapid Rda 600 wing sagging

The LHS wing, which is the middle ram in the master slave arrangement, on my 6m rapid is giving an uneven depth compared to the other sections. I have had this trouble since I brought the drill second hand. Both slave ram seals have been replaced and mounted the correct way round. But I noticed today the rod is extending different amounts each time. I can’t really understand this unless the seals are knackered again (they have only done last autumn). Main lift ram stop valve seals not leaking, also changed and stop rod spring changed. It seems ok for half a day then as I think the oil gets hotter and thinner the problem occurs. Wondered if there is a valve which could be faulty? Any ideas?

We had the same problem and it ended up being the “dropping side” ram. Changed seals and did not cure. New ram did cure. 2015 RDA 600.

Will0, I don’t have a valve for the wing tyres mine is a spring loaded arrangement operated with a big lever, probably an older model, unless I am missing something?
Bomber 101, I was leaning towards your solution but knowing price of vaderstad rams wondered if it could be something else!
Today I have been turning with the low lift off and so bleeding rams each turn then it works fine but obviously not ideal. Wanted to keep going in the long awaited good conditions!
Thanks for the replies, so far!

Bit of a late update.
Called fitter out from local dealer, he checked all rams were correct and that the seal kits I brought were for those rams, all good.
He said there are also oil displacement shims in in the rams to move the

Sorry hadn't finished clearly!
....the right amount of oil to the next ram and occasionally people lose them when changing seals. I didn't have any when I changed them but maybe i should have?
The middle ram which is on the sagging wing was moving a different amount each time on low lift, which I knew.
He decided to bleed the rams at the fittings and unexpectedly there was a massive pressurisation at the outlet of the first ram, so it seemed that the wrong volume of oil had got trapped between the first and second ram which was causing the problem. It was not equalizing as it should been through the seals/transfer ports. We bled all the rams again and it didn't repeat, rams moving same amount now (after cycling about 30 times) have been behaving all through spring and autumn. I bleed every time I fill up and at the start of the day leave on full lift for a couple of turns to make sure!
Hope that helps.
