That explains why it's in a field, it was taking a short cut to the mot station
No P's and Q's with them lot,?if they approach you "properly" don't let them remove until ground conditions are suitable, could be august if you wanted it to be!
what have police said about them?
Criminal if stolen or trespass ant'it too?Unfortunately these vehicles belong to somebody so cannot be damaged in any way, Ive had a similar experience (granted, in Scotland) and plod told me it was a civil case as the vehicles had been left on private ground and they wouldn't be getting involved.
The reality is we all know who these cars belong to and that they wont be back for them. If they aren't reported stolen (highley unlikely) I would weigh them in and put the money toward the hire of a mini digger so you can repair the damage. Any other way, like involving the authorities, is going to be like banging your head against a brick wall.
Put em on"t back of yer flatbed transit straight to scrapyard.
yes they willWon't take them without paperwork now.
In England if there is damage to property ,ie the field the police are obliged to get involved , ask them to provide the insurance company details, if not insured they probably wont be back for them.Unfortunately these vehicles belong to somebody so cannot be damaged in any way, Ive had a similar experience (granted, in Scotland) and plod told me it was a civil case as the vehicles had been left on private ground and they wouldn't be getting involved.
