Hello,
I am looking for 1-2 acres of land for buying or leasing in the south east, preferably in and around Hertfordshire, but ok to look further for the right price and location. I intend to use it for recreational activities and hobby farming. Existing forestry, woodlands is a preference. A running stream would be a plus and water and electricity connection - metered from the main farm would be perfect. I intend to use the land occasionally and keep a mobile home for overnight stay and camping if possible. I intend to keep it as natural as possible not to disturb the ecology. It is a trial for off-grid living and I am not looking at utilising the land for profit. I have a day job so would be stuck in the city most of the time. Remoteness is not an issue as long as there are tracks to access the site in a normal SUV.
