Wanted see pics it's a wheel hun for a Sanderson SB50 2wd v reg as you see its cracked and csnt be welded as its cast would be gratefully if any has its knows of one

Are you sure it can’t be welded?
Properly “V”’d out and somebody good at welding cast could do something with it.
You also have good mounting points for bracing together to keep the top and bottom parts from widening further.

As people have said, a good engineering company would probably repair that.
Or alternatively give Great Exportations a call, they’re pretty good for Sanderson parts.

[/QUOhi yes i understand but its been welded before and only lasted 2 weeks broke in th same spot and it was done by a fabrication company they siad because its cast is very hard to weld properly even afteer baking up in their oven

These old things are fast becoming relics only fit for a museum imo!
Definitely not front line machines anymore, finding alot of Sanderson and matbro parts becoming hard to get now.
Was only asked last week by a supplier I knew of an alternative transmission pressure switch for a matbro as original was no longer available! A minor issue that wont stop the machine working I know but just one of many examples.
