Hi all
Thank you for taking the time to read or add, my wife and I are looking for a piece of the country living and are therefore looking for an old ruin that needs rescuing from being lost forever, we are considering all parts of the UK as our budget won't stretch to parts we'd love such as pembrokeshire, we have a budget to buy a property of £100,000 we would need a minimum of 1.5 acres and the property or ruins should allow for residential development potential without being restricted to commercial or holiday let etc as this will be our only, I am happy to apply for planning permission but would not want to be tied into an uplift clause if the land goes up in value, we are not looking to profit on the land we are looking to build or forever home, I know it will seems like a big ask but they're had to be something out there, someone somewhere could use some friendly helpful neighbour's, again anything considered, if you feel you may be able to help please get in touch, al have a great Christmas and a prosperous new year 🐖🚜👨‍🌾👩‍🌾🧺

Well done for braving The Forum and asking your question
But I think the whole country is looking for the same thing
There are sometimes properties available but the price tag I suspect will be , as already said double or triple that
In some parts the 1.5 acres can cost £100k alone
Merry Xmas

Mind. If you are a Surveyor for BP it may be worth asking if anyone has any land suitable for a new BP garage or electric recharge garage and introduce them to your Land Procurement management
Then you might find what your looking for
Back scratching and all that
