Hi there,
I run an outdoor activities business in South Wales and I'm looking for an area of woodland and/or a barn / farm building to rent.
I'd be really interested to have a chat with anyone who's interested in working with us.
Here's some more info about what we're looking for and some info about us.
What we're looking for:
We would prefer a longer term agreement (3-5 years) but would also be happy to start on a shorter term agreement if you prefer whilst you get to know us and our business.
About us:
We run outdoor activities and we're particularly focused on getting children and young people outdoors. we mainly run children's birthday parties and school trips.

We set up in 2013 so we're an established small business. We have over 200 5-star customer reviews. We can provide references if needed to demonstrate that we have finances to pay for a lease and are prompt /pay on time.
We are a small business, with one full time (paid) Director and one part time (unpaid) Director. We would like to try to expand our business so that we can get more people outdoors, and to provide local employment and work experience opportunities. Giving back to the local community is important to us.
Our activities are bushcraft (fire lighting, shelter building, water purification, whittling etc), archery and axe throwing
All of our activities are risk assessed, we have an excellent health and safety record
We have comprehensive insurances in place and can provide proof of cover
Our activities are low impact on the environment and do not create a lot of noise - just lots of laughter and sometimes screams of enjoyment from kids

- South Wales, ideally Bridgend area or closeby so that we can attract customers from Cardiff / Swansea
- Accessible. Ideally fairly close to the M4 / easy to get to from the M4
- OK to have cars / our customers on your land - ideal if access to woodland is separate, but doesnt have to be
- Car parking - space for us to create a car parking area, eg rent a small field from you for our customers to park on
- woodland - ideally flat or majority flat. approx 5 acres
- barn / farm building - so we could do some activities indoors. doesn't have to be completely closed (in fact we'd prefer if it's not so it feels partly outdoors) if it's light enough inside the building, we wouldn't need electricity either. we'd use this space for archery and axe throwing
- water - access to an outside tap. we don't use a lot of water but would prefer to be able to access some as needed (cost to be reflected in cost of the lease)
