Try Washbourne services in Bridgend they would make just about anything & as they are farmers be made strong too..

Two black IBCs would indeed be a good place to start, maybe with a trough per IBC.

That looks very much like a tank I got. It's a static tank the lid no longer fits on mine when I put it on a trailer and fill it up
