What happens if you go scat and just dont pay the rent? I see they can take 10% of the land back each year. Stinks of having your cake and.eat it.'No break clauses' is a condition that stands out, in other words you have it for ten years whether you can make a go of it or not, I would want break clauses my way.
Also they have tried to sell the farm but couldn't presumably they over valued it, a wonderful farm but a death knell if you get it wrong.
Anyone know what it was valued at last year? 5 mil ought to secure it
