The French, Dutch and other occupied nations have in general “gotton over it” It seems to me only the British keep bringing it back up, this could be because of their general desire to live in the past.
The continent has long been used to invasions, wars, mass migrations, ethnic cleansing and all the rest of it. From a historical perspective WW2 was just another episode in a long line of such events, although on a much grander and more terrible scale. The UK has no such legacy and is used to having hostile forces kept at bay by that 22 miles of sea, it's comfort zone is rarely threatened but the Germans got the closest for quite a while.
The other occupied nations had a certain part of their population cooperating with the Germans, so it's probably very much in their interest to quietly forgive and forget.
