Weaving tine drill to sabre tine? We have a 6m weaving tine and I looked at the sabre tine and it looks a lot stronger frame. I wouldn’t like to use ours in anything other than worked ground.

I agree. I was looking for two reasons. They don't do dual wheel eradicators so with these i can use when the ground is wet and not take duals off as the sabre tine uses the bigger spring for tension. The other is i believe the point is wrong. It goes too deep you have the point going 40-50mm deep before the coulter hence bringing up black grass seed due to the point being curved. Also the point is 50mm wide where as the sabre tine is 12mm hence less soil being moved.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
