After a weld on cat 3 hook off a quick hitch like one circled in picture. 35 mm pin diameter . Plenty in America . None here . Thanks

Make one yourself.get the correct thickness of steel and drill the hole size and then cut with a thin cutting disc,or gas axe if you’re skilled enough
