Welding aps bracket onto a lexion 650

I’ve never done one before any tips to make it easier. How critical it it to get exactly the same place for balance. Should I take the batteries off completely or will turning the isolator protect the computers etc from voltage

Clips on to the battery terminals and takes any harmful spikes or surges out to protect computers , modules and diodes etc
I think my last one came from spaldings

So clips on the terminals when the batteries have been disconnected?

Pull all modules, disconnect Cebis screen and turn of isolator. Earth as a close to weld as possible.

Just one of the brackets that holds the square plate is bent I put a rock up it last year in flat barley

Easy to say when you arnt paying for a new module. I would still pull them

I have been using this for ? Maybe 20 years on tractors ,combine and SP sprayer , the thing tells you if it is working so safe to use
