Afternoon all just a wee problem and looking some advice please, baling silage and the net wrap would activate to wrap the bale, as it did so I noticed that the brake bar when it moved rearwards allowing the roll to rotate it was bouncing and banging as the net was being applied. I had adjusted the roll via the brass tensioner as the roll had run down after 100 plus bales. Any pointers to look at?

Sounds like you need to adjust the net brake there is a very good video on you tube explaining how to set up the net system
