i have a welger rp445 but I can’t lock the belt rocker, its not going far enough for the plate to hook in. any one had this problem?

You mean to let the tension off the belts? Open the back door all the way and if the plate doesn't go in just pull down on the belts a bit.

Yeah trying to let the tension off but even pulling on the belts i can’t get it to go far enough

Screen has to be switched on to let the door open all the way
