What does this all mean? Have some land in it I think

All I can say is if the land that is in these networks and you have joined the new schemes and this is in the net works you are potentially opening the door for ne, these networks are there aim to 're wild to make corridors for wild life my concern is you joining the screams you are inviting them in.

I think this is what the cluster groups are trying to do. A couple of cfa’s joined the local one but I didn’t join our own land up for it.
