Westwood S1400 Ride On Mower Dashboard lights

I have a 2005 Westwood S1400 ride on mower. The dashboard lights that have numerous LEDs has fallen off its mounting into the space under that dashbaord. Can anyone advise how I go about undoing the dashboard to put them back on again please?

Remover steering wheel and I think the bolts are hidden behind that if I remember correctly

@Robt thanks. I took the bolt out of the top of the steering wheel, but I couldn't work out what else was holding it on. Instead I ended up taking the battery out and managed to get to the led / control box. It seems they are only stick on with double sided tape, so I managed to get it back on using the same.
