New to us AW trailer on full LED lights. Not familiar with the 2 boxes on the left of image. Are they restrictors, reversing beepers or something else? Otherwise very pleased so far. Need a new top sheet winding handle if anyone has one spare

The grill part of them is a heat sink to take heat away from the resistors which act to increase resistance in the curcuit to the levels of normal bulbs so that they show up on the dash for trailer indicators.
