Does the qualifications last forever or do you have to retest every so many years?
Did mine at college to but can't find my card or any paperwork work it was for the knapsack spraying part so is there any way I can get a new card or would I have to do it all over again?

why don't you just buy some roundup and use a weed wiper? If you were in Wales I believe Welsh Water lend you one (via Daltons) for free.

They last for life but the recommendation is to keep up to date with current legislation requirements by however you see fit given how often things change. Some people use NROSO updates every year, others decide they want to do a refresher course every few years in the modules they hold, it's left to the individual at the moment.
And long may it remain so. It's little more than 'Jobs for the boys' already, but I'm guessing as less people need to get their certificates, there will be pressure from those that earn out of it, to bring compulsary refresher courses in. I fully expect Red Tractor to help the push.
