No 3 daughter and her man have just sorted out buying their first house, and we all know what that entails these days. Then this morning they are informed that the sellers have decided to pull out of the deal for unspecified reasons....mmmmm :scratchhead:. That's £450 worth of fees lost. Not sure if this is a common [or in fact legal] practice, but shameful behavior by the sellers especially after knowing the potential buyers.
IIRC, in Scotland a house deal is legally enforceable.

Two military helicopters hovering so low in the fields here today that they were sucking the hay out of the ring feeders. Luckily they didn't get in amongst the in lambers but they went along the edge of that field. Sheep gathered together but didn't panic.

They were maybe 10 feet off the ground and moving very slowly round the trees and obstacles. Looked like a machine gun pointing out at 45 degrees downwards from underneath.

I don't mind them practicing as it was quite an impressive sight, but I hope they don't get too close to the in lambers and panic them.

People who snip the unused bit of cable ties off at an angle that protrudes enough to remove a large amount of skin from the back of your hand or forehead whichever happens to brush past it! (It was me doing the snipping) :banghead:
I think there's somebody employed specifically to do that in the Massey Ferguson factory in Beauvais, I have the scars to prove it.

Last night my wife reminded me that she finishes work half day tomorrow and to pick her up.

After dropping her off this morning she txts me to say she would work all day and pick her up tonight. Job sorted, I planned a nice jaunt to the market to see what was about and a chin wag!

An hour ago she texted again and said to pick her up as she fancies a half day after all!

That’s my lovely plan in taters

Make up your effin mind woman!!

I'm not the brightest  but don't helicopters push air down rather than suck it up...
