What hp for a 4m Topfown

60+ hp/metre. As above, it depends on soil type, soil condition as well as points and depth required.

I've pulled a 5 metre with 360 hp at 5" deep on 50mm points with no wings. At times it was hardly working in light chalk. In clay it would hardly move. My neighbours pull a 6m one with 260 hp but do it twice to get deeper the second time.

Depends what asking it to do, at 3-4 inches deep 200 is fine 10 inches will easily slow 400hp used 4m and 6m on 350hp up to 600hp so too many variables

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.
