What HP for small rotavator

Hi folks
I have small 15 hp tractor was looking to get rotavator attachment would it be powerful enough to turn it ?

What tractor is it?
There’s loads of little rotavators about from grey import tractors with thin curved blades which take less hp but be aware some of the pto shafts turn the opposite way.
15hp should just about manage 1m

It’s iseki TX 1500 the wobbly one PTO has 3 Speeds a 1 Metre one would do my ground is fairly stoney so would need a bit of power I’d say

I think the rule of thumb for a Howard rotavator with full 90 degree blades was one HP per inch.
Lighter duty makes with curved or straight blades would clearly need less power but with just 15 HP you’ll have to get the smallest one you can find.
