I bet if you cut it open, it would have teeth. If it's what I think it is I've seen them before. It's a malformed calf. Can't remember if it is caused by a nonsense mutation or implantation in the Fallopian tube.
Our vets have some of these dried so they can show their little shop of horrors at open days. They have a calf with two heads too!

I think you might be right, found it attached to a cleansing.
