1st, May goes for a back me or sack me.

2/ Then when Mp's stand firm she caves in. Pulls the vote.

3/ Then spends hrs answering questions.

4/ She is going back to Brussels to find a new way to solve the rubrics cube.

5/ That should burn up another 4-6 weeks.

Then what ??

No - she is going to BERLIN - says it all. For two plus years we have all said it will be the Germans that make the final decision. Happened to the Greeks now it is the UK turn to fall on bended knee.

Arlene Foster seemed to be getting a good slating from other unionists on twitter yesterday for being so intransigent on the backstop. I assume the majority of NI folk see the current deal as a business opportunity rather than a religious war.:scratchhead:

Surely May’s mistake was not to engage with the Labour Party straight after the last election. Instead she choose to stagger on with the DUP and result is the tail wagging the dog. Even that would have worked if her party were united but they are split beyond repair. Complete shambles.
