What to do with a Cummins BT6?

I have access to a good BT6, and have always fancied sticking one into a classic tractor.

Its going to be a lot of work, but think what tractor i could mate to it. Ideally id like a classic cab-less tractor. Initial thoughts are a Mf35 or an international B275

anyone done anything similar?

Landy would be great, but too costly for me to justify as a project at the moment. I suspect I would need to spend a good few thousand £ to get a half decent donor vehicle before i even start, hence the tractor route.

Major may be just the ticket as having jogged my memory I think I have seen one missing an engine in a hedge. Ill go and investigate that next week.

I think i read somewhere that Majors had strong back ends, so may make it a more suitable and eventually useable donor than say a mf35

Majors have got a strong back end, a lot used for tractor pulling back in the day.
