There must be a big difference between those of you who want to continue farming,who have children who want to farm the farm that you own with no land borrowings , compared to those farmers farming a rented farm ,or who have a high rental equivalent on the land you farm.
To those of you who have no land borrowings that is your good fortune, just don’t moan about how hard done by you are.

The land under the business is an asset, but if the business on top is losing money then it's eroding any value to the next generation? Maybe?

Especially if they're believing inauthentic beliefs, ie the baggage they inherited from the "must feed the world" paradigm

As Cowabunga alluded to, what if we actually don't need to, what if we just like looking at cattle stuffing themselves (as I do)

maybe keeping "the asset that nobody can take with them" isn't actually worth a whole life's work
