I've got three, the newest one I use all the time is a 1975 12HP C series. You wouldn't believe the abuse that has stood over the years - it's a real tank! I'm probably going to have to fabricate a new 36" deck for it this winter. I redesigned & renewed all the spindle bearings last spring, but the welds onto welds onto welds onto welds on the rest of the deck are all about to give way. I could use a good 48" deck I have, which only needs one new set of spindle bearings, but it's too tricky to drive around all the fruit trees my missus has planted in the lawns. I heartily recommend the C series Wheelhorses especially the Hi-lo 8 speeders - have no experience of the hydrostatic ones - it's too much like magic for me (I never did understand fluid mechanics)

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
