Wheels Stuck Underhaug Potato planter 2 row

My wheels are stuck on my Underhaug Potato planter 2 row any ideas on why they have siezed/stuck?

There is a slight bit of movement

Any help AAppreciatd

That's a ransome faun planter ,,the wheels have a hex bolt to lock them on the shaft ,,either side of the wheel hub are locking collers,,just a case of slackening them and the wheel will come of ,,WD40 is your friend

Stuck on the shaft, or stuck as in won't drive the chains/ cup belts ?

Looks like it has fert boxes. Fert hasn't gone solid in the bottom stopping the paddle from turning ?

Checked fert boxes they are fully empty, but will definitely check pin tomorrow and update
