If it was 65%-35%,or similar to the last,i would agree with you.50-50 and split down the middle, the country is still deeply divided and the whole EU debate will carry on for years. The young and old are split 80%-20%,with the inevitable consequences throughout the next few years. There will be no waiting 50 years Mogg style, for peoples fortunes to improve.
We may see the Daily Hail improve now Dacre has be replaced by Geordie Greig.

No.Are you retraining as a school teacher!
... a byproduct of the outdated English class system...
That is who he is. That is what he is. Borris is a carbon copy, albeit more of a clown on the surface.
Believe ...... the powerful and wealthy will profit from Brexit. Those lads who built your Nissan or Honda car ......... will they still be around in fifty years to pick up the bonus????
Oh, the landed gentry will also do fine ..... the family farmer ...... yeah, if he can cling on for half a century.

I really dont know how you have come to that conclusion."the country surviving"......what did you expect it to do? We have not even left yet. The most probable outcome is that there will be some kind of fudge, the can will be kicked down the road, and we will continue to trade on some kind of terms. At least i sincerely hope so.(What i really dont want to see is the UK economy being so bad,a really bad run on the pound, and interest rates spiralling) It will never be as good as we have now.Maybe in 50 years time.No.
I get what you are saying and, probably, agree with more of it than you might think. But, if you are so wary of big-business and an 'establishment', why are you so keen on the EU?
Interesting, that seems to be a long and fact-avoiding way of saying my point wasright.
Where are you? I'm in West Wales and people here are minded much as they were at the time of the vote. A few Remainers have seen a side of the EU they don't like and the country surviving and changed side, a few Leavers - less - have said that now they just don't think it's worth the effort to leave (projects Fear and Procrastinate having succeeded with them).
There will be some short term issues, this was obvious and made clear from the start; nonetheless, we have a very resilient and adaptable population and economy, and whether you like it or not the country will prosper.
I wonder if you and Ashy will have the humility and honesty to admit how wrong you have been.
Exactly.Fortunes gradually improved after the woman was got rid of.She wasted our North Sea oil money(or Scotlands) on keeping them there.I not only lived through the Thatcher years but also Callaghan,Heath, and Wilson years. What "fortunes to improve" ?
Try living through the Thatcher years with 3 million on the dole queues and being told to "Get on your bike" to find a job.
Do you read the Daily Mail ?
No.

Have you asked all the voters there ? If not how do you know ?You must be in a minority area then as the majority of Wales has now moved to Remain.
Behave yourself.
I'm just wondering how you can be an authority on something you obviously know nothing about.
I note there is still no evidence of "Elitist propaganda".
I have no idea what you are taking about. The Daily Mail has changed editors and the new one is a Remainer. Why does that require any knowledge? As for Elitist propaganda, what are you going on about.
Watching Laura Kuenssberg reporting now, it is in fact funny how hard she's trying to paint as black a picture as possible. Project Fear has evolved to become Project Desperate...Project fear is moving into its final stage now .What crap will they dream up next .house prices dropping by a 1/3 bring it on
