Which 1.5 tonne digger?

I’ve got a building job to get done. Rather than hire a 1.5 t mini digger for say 9 months, I’m considering buying one and keeping it for about year. Thinking of spending up to £8k plus vat but ideally the less the better. It won’t have a huge amount of work to do, just several fiddly small jobs that my other digger is too big for.

Alternatively is there anything out there for say £4K max, that would start and be reasonably cheap to repair that I could buy and keep?
