Which tyres

200hp tractor boosts to 240hp. Base weight 8,000kg but can be weighted up to 13,000kg. Big mixture of jobs from haulage work (20 tonnes) to subsoiling with a 4m shakerator/press machine (also rolling, combi drill, maybe ploughing on occasions)

Xeobib 710/60/42's would be my choice, but they can end up being wide on the road or weighbridge and you need good plough boards to cover after them.
A well set track width and a change to KV28's I will never go back, the bee's knees and cat's pajamas

May need Axiobib if you're going Michelin. Xeobib strictly speaking isn't rated above 200hp. Would have thought a 650/85 R38 if ploughing is a major consideration, otherwise 710 on a 38 or a 42. Best thing to do is to ring michelin on sizing etc, they are excellent to deal with.

Depends what will fit diameter wise, so what tractor exactly? Go for the biggest outside diameter you can. Lots of transport probably means 710 will be your limit width wise depending on the sort of roads and drivers involved. My choices would be 710/70R38 or 710/70R42 if you can take the 2.05m diameter tyre. Narrower at 1.95m diameter 650/75R38 or 650/85R38 at 2.05m diameter or wider at 2.05m diameter 800/70R38. In all cases I'd pair with a an appropriate 600 on the front, most likely 600/65R28 or 600/70R30. Currently my preference would be Trelleborg or Michelin, in either case the IF type if available.

I wouldn't personally put the 710/60R42 Xeobib on anything over a 160hp unless it only does transport or top work. We have an 820 with them on and with 1200kg rear wheel weights and a metre point to point 6 furrow mounted plough that the tractor lifts no problem they are over loaded and therefore not fit for real heavy tillage.

The problem with 710/70/38's or even more so 650/85/38's is on haulage they tend to wallow like a flat bottomed boat.
The Xeobibs are only rated for 220hp and if you are using a heavy 6 or a 7 furrow plough or a 4M combi with a large seed hopper on the rear then the Xeobibs will not be up to it.
Most rear axles on this type of tractor will not rated to take much more weight than the xeobibs.
They are a great around tyre, but not a specialist ploughing tyre.
