I know this has been done heaps of times but I'm onto my second pair of Skellerups, first pair lasted about 6 months and they exchanged them free of charge,2nd pair has just lasted fully a year but have gone on exactly the same place where the crease is across the top of your toes,so what do I try now?
Problem is the Skellerups are very comfy

Dunlop puroforts with the red bottom are really good and last well I think.
Le chameurs are the most comfy but at £200 a pair I'm not sure if I'd wear them in slurry - I havnt got a pair mind.

Dunlop purofort plus non safety, last pair lasted a year which is fairly good going I think. Find them comfortable and not a bad price.

Had skellerups, comfy if heavy but leak at heal less than one winter use, got some "Boggs" from local ag merchant so far so good, and yes it's that wet here we're still in wellies

My Le Chameau boots were about £70 6 years ago and have lasted 9 times longer than the Nora boots I used to wear, and they are very comfortable.

Bought my Le Chameau after my 2nd pair of Aigle parcours split. So comfy and warm (I got the neoprene boots as toes get frozen in winter) :cyclops:

gone to aigle now , after chameaus wore out and expensive to replace , prefer the chameaus though for comfort , not sure what the rubber soles are like with disinfectant , wore my ex army goretex ones to mart today , and dipped the soles as you are supposed to in the pens as the health inspector was haunting about , got to MVF couple hrs later , thought there was something stuck on the sole of boot , had a look and it had totally dissolved the sole , heel and all !
would have been ist off had it had been the chameau soles

I bought a set of Hoggs neoprene with Vibram sole.

I like them a lot. Ive tried everything from Chameau to Muckboots to Bullseyes.
