I don’t think neighbours would know any thing would they unless they were their ? What happens was presented to judge and jury and he was found guilty .

There were a lot of things left out of the TV series to make the court case look like it was on more of a knife edge than it really was. As others have said, Bamber has lodged several appeals over the years and all of them have failed. I believe in one of them, his defence submitted several hundred points that they wanted reexamined and the court went through and rejected each and every one of them.

I know that's not 100% accurate, but there's certainly some questions that need answering
Police seemed to be totally incompetent- bodies released within a few days, evidence missed by the police found days later by relatives, questionable police logs etc etc.
Some of the prosecution witnesses clearly had an axe to grind with JB
Biggest mystery is why 4 or five people allowed themselves to be shot multiple times(gun had to be reloaded twice), but it seems that only the father put up a struggle?

The children died while asleep, Sheila was heavily drugged on medication, both of the others struggled.

Thought the mother was shot 3 times?
But 25 shots fired without anyone fleeing the scene/trying to disarm the shooter seems unbelievable.

Dis arm ? Small children and drugged up mother and couple of pensioners ? I shot you in the foot and see how good you are at disarming anyone after that ? I shoot your kids do you dis arm me or tend to you kids ?

Surely after the first person is shot (several times) the others would defend themselves or try to disarm the shooter, not, as seems to be the case for all but the father, wait to be shot?
Why do people say the girl was drugged? There's no evidence that this was the case.
I'm not defending or blaming anyone, just pointing out the unexplainables in any of the scenarios suggested.
If JB was the shooter, why did the police not find the silencer? Would the police ever have suspected him if the girlfriend hadn't said he did it?
If the sister did it, did she shoot the others with the silencer on the rifle, then put the silencer in the gun cabinet before shooting herself?
Who else stood to gain if all the family were dead or in prison for murder?

I watched “The bambers. Murder at white house farm” over christmas. It was Produced by Louis Theroux and was on sky crime channel. This is a really strange story. Personally i think JB hired a hitman. But i also cant understand how the sister was found lying down with two bullet wounds below the chin. Would she really have lied down willingly and let someone shoot her without a struggle? not knowing what happened to both of her sons in the other room? …..or was she drugged and dragged out of bed? Who knows, a real whodunit.
