White Scouring Lamb

We have a lamb that started scouring soon after it was born. Its twin is, and has remained healthy. It was treated with Pen and Strep, seemed better but still loose and white motions. For a couple of days it received live yoghurt and electrolytes mixed, and I have just seen it pass another white stool.

It was born on the 8th April, and the notes on the board say only suckled a little (that night)

. We are at a loss as to why it is like it is, and haven't want to turn it out in case it is infectious. Any help gratefully received.

I occasionally see such scour on the ground when there is a bunch of lambs together. I can't usually tell which lamb it is coming from to treat and I don't often find any lamb becoming ill.
