Hes what we call "a gob chower" and will probably lose condition and die.

+1 Unless it's an abscess in his jaw, which may respond to abs, he will probably go downhill fast. Most of what they eat gets spilt out, rather than digested. Usually best to cash in now, rather than knackerman later.
