When I refreshed TFF tonight there seams to be massives of classified adverts????
And also getting feed up with all those bleady NEWS updates.
Are we not a forum for discussion and advice ????

Can’t explain the adverts bit, the new classifieds is now settled in though.

If you don’t like the RSS news feeds, why not put them on ignore?

It’s more likely you’ve picked up malware on your device.

Run a clean up program like malawarebytes.

It’s up to individual users to set their preference to what they want to see in their feeds - it can be done in your settings

Different people want to see different things, some like the news and classifieds and some don’t, sonecwant tinread livestock content, some arable, some both

It’s all user configurable

Certainly nothing has changed re adverts that’s for sure - same qty and placements as has been the case for years now

New classifieds has caused a bit of a rush from a few dealers getting their stock in there meaning loads of feeds coming into the classified section recently

That should settle down and only changes vs entire stock lists should start to come though soon

Sorry about that, it’s one of the downsides of the new classifieds system but overall more than worth a bit of short term pain for all the extra functionality the new classifieds offers members

There's been a few a few bulk uploads of classifieds ads which stand out due to there numbers, that should die down. With the news articles, if you put the 2 or 3 main news RSS feeds on ignore it will stop pretty much all of the news content appearing in your new posts list.
