Will tanco 1050a wrapper wrap 120/70 quadrants

I am looking at buying a square bale wrapper to wrap quadrant (120/70) bales? I don't have a huge budget to play with and I have seen a tanco 1050a wrapper and I was wondering if any one knew if they would wrap quadrants as I can only seem to find pictures of them wrapping 70/80's on the Internet.

Not at 1.65 metres but may be possible if baled 90cm long an wrapped them the wrong way as such so a 70x90 rotation with 1.2 length on the wrapper.

Is that not what they are made to do? Little baler's done that way more often didn't they?
