Does anyone know anything about a willmot lightspray. I've found one for sale and just wondering if anyone has had one of these and can give me any opinions on them. Thanks
What grand daughter? Think she is in NZ now! Why are you asking yourself a question?
The gearbox is not of the shelf but everything else is easy to get at most motor factors
So did I to my cost,I think it a special gearbox made by a motorsport gearbox company from down south somewhere,I will have a look tommorow if i still have the book. The lad that has it thought it was a land rover gear box. It has a ford engine anyway.
Apart from the gearbox it was a cheep machine to run.I am probabily being too hard on the gearbox thing as it was down to wear and tear and once sorted it ran fine.Did it give u much trouble turbo.

If it was my money I'd buy a sands.... the Willmott maybe cheap but will cost in long term....
Mine was 24 m ally boom with 2m breakback on each sideAt least it was something that could be sorted. It would be great if u could find the book and some info on it. The one I'm looking at is 24m 1800l tank. Going by the photos there doesn't seem to be a break back in the booms. Can u remember what yours was like.
