Think those old winsam cabs were pretty much the same dimensions for all tractors of that time, was just the curved bit of tin that sat over the mudguard, and the brackets down the doors to the footplates what varied, seen plenty on old masseys and nuffields

Havent even seen one on an IH....only ever seen those with lambourn or cab craft cabs

I'll keep looking...

Mum's 434 had the Lambourne weathercab and I quite liked it. Unfortunately, she removed it under a tree bough and it never got replaced. It was just a simple angle iron frame with green cladding if I remember correctly, just like the one in John's first picture. It had no safety aspirations.
Dad's 434, which I still use, has the dreaded Cabcraft safety cab. It is all metal and really solid, looking as if it could withstand a direct hit from a Polaris missile, but it is hellish noisy and you have to climb up and over the steering link by a sort of step ladder arrangement. It only has one very solid door on the left, and a big full length window on the right. the roof has a hatch with a rather sickly orange plastic cover which I discarded and replaced with a metal one It looks very much like the Duncan safetycab with a raked back shape .
My 250 has no cab, and is much happier for it :)

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
