Winter scour

Anyone ever have winter scour in dairy cow, how did you treat it?

We had winter dysentery in august. Blood tests showed coronovirus . We just treated the really sick cows with ketodollor and pumped fluids into them for a few days. Nearly all better after a week or so. They all showed really high temps all over 40c. Ours was a whole herd outbreak
